Matthew Dudash, Center Executive Manager
With Farmers, Matthew relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1997 and over the next 10 years held several positions in both Claims and Marketing. Matthew’s four years in Claims included the positions of Senior Claims Representative, Claims Management Trainee and Field Claims Supervisor within the Phoenix region. After completing several special projects with the Farmers Nevada State Office, in 2002, Matthew accepted the position of Senior Marketing Specialist. He then spent six years in marketing, including a position as Division Marketing Manager (Colorado State Office), and a relocation to Home Office for the position of Sales Manager (Promotions) under Jim Westerman. While in claims, Matthew obtained professional awards including the Blue Vase and FCLS and FCLA designations. He is currently enrolled in CPCU courses. In addition to being the State Chairperson for the March of Dimes Foundation, Nevada (2001-2002), Matt is currently on the Board of Directors of the Cuyahoga Valley Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved with local schools, especially the Independence school system.
Tammy Toth, Executive Manager Assistant
Tammy has eight years of experience in the insurance industry with Marsh Risk Consulting. She serves as Matthew's executive assistant and right hand person. She is also responsible for the financial management of the center. She is active in her local PTA, currently is heading up the center's March of Dimes activities, and has worked for countless other volunteer and outreach organizations. She enjoys camping, boating, and vacationing in her spare time.
Eric Langenfeld, Business Operations Manager
Eric has over eight years of sales experience in the greater Cleveland metropolitan area. He also has two years of experience as a store manager for Target. Eric serves the Center as the Business Operations Manager, assisting new agents with licensing and contracts and running the daily operations. He is also the computer systems specialist, and keeps the systems running smoothly. Eric is a member of the Chippewa Lake Water Ski Show team in the summers, and has served as a board member for the Akron Jaycees. He enjoys spending his free time cooking, reading, and playing with his three-year-old daughter Avery.
Dave Kalavsky, Reserve District Manager
Dave had five years of experience in the insurance industry before joining our team. He currently oversees the training and development of our Career Agents as the Career Performance Manager. Dave also pioneered the Center's internship program, which recently featured a golf outing supporting March of Dimes. Dave enjoys golfing, grilling and attending sporting events in his free time. He also works home games with the Cleveland Browns on their Gameday Marketing Staff.
Christy Presnar, Reserve District Manager
Christy started her career with Farmers Insurance Group at the Cincinnati Career Center. She has a strong business background which derives from working in her family-run plastics manufacturing business in her hometown. Currently, Christy is a Reserve Agent Manager for the center, helping our new agents go through the Reserve Business Builder program and training new agents to open successful agencies in our community. In her free time, Christy is actively involved in the Cuyahoga Valley Chamber of Commerce and enjoys many outdoor activities that include running and biking.
Scott Gouin, Reserve District Manager
Currently, Scott is a Reserve Agent Manager for the center, helping our new agents go through the Reserve Business Builder program and training new agents to open successful agencies in their communities. Scott served in the U.S. Air Force and is a veteran of Desert Storm. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Karrisa, and his two daughters Hailey (age 6) and Madison (age 5). He also volunteers with the Stark County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmentally Delayed.
Rich Bucceri, Reserve District Manager
Rich, who currently lives in Garfield Heights, has over eight years experience with recruiting, specifically in the areas of management and accounting. Rich has worked most recently for Robert Half International as the Accounting Division Manager and worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Equity Consultants before joining Farmers. Rich currently leads the Center’s Recruiting Department. Rich is the proud father of his four-year-old daughter Ariana. In his free time, Rich enjoys playing golf and spending time with his daughter. He is also a supporter of Cleveland's professional sports teams.
David Becker, Reserve District Manager
David has spent over 10 years of his career in outside sales and over five years with a specialization in recruiting. He most recently came to us from Paychex where he worked as a Human Resources Sales Consultant. David currently works in our Internet Recruiting Division and will bring his past experience of working with business owners to assist our recruiting team. David is a member of the Cleveland Professional 20s and 30s Club and enjoys working out in his free time. He resides in Shaker Heights with his twin daughters, Abigail and Riley.
Leeanne Divis, Reserve District Manager
Leeanne comes to us from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where she was a branch manager in Beachwood. She serves as a reserve district manager in our internet recruiting department. Leeanne prides herself on introducing quality candidates to the Farmers agent opportunity. She enjoys playing volleyball and softball, as well as running and playing with her dog Carter.
Nicole Furnia, Reserve District Manager
Nicole's work has been finding good talent in different recruiting roles. She worked as the recruiting manager for Global Technical Recruiters before joining Farmers. Her focus in the Cleveland Center will be internet recruiting, continuing to introduce the Farmers opportunity to talented individuals. Nicole has done volunteer work with Hands On Northeastern Ohio. She enjoys supporting Cleveland sports and spending time with family and friends.
Ted Schlipp, Reserve District Manager
Recently he worked for Champion Staffing company as a salesman and recruiter. Ted will be joining our internet recruiting division at the Cleveland Center, introducing talented individuals to the Farmers opportunity. Ted enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and his 3-year-old son Owen. He still works with the Cleveland Heights Hockey Association, staying involved in hockey by consulting and coaching.
Mark Zimmerer, Customer Service Representative
He has been in the insurance industry for 17 years and previously worked at a carrier’s home office as well as several independent agencies. In the past, he has also marketed Property and Casualty insurance, Life and Health insurance, and Medicare Supplement plans. He has been with Farmers at the Cleveland Center since it opened, starting as a Floor Supervisor and recently taking the new position of Career Specialist. He now assists our Career Performance Manager and Career Agents in the field. Mark was an officiating crew member during the 2004 International Childrens Games for Volleyball. He also works with the American Heart Association for their Heart Walks.
LaSandra Williams, Customer Service Representative
She joined the Farmers Insurance Group in July 2007. Before joining Farmers, she spent a number of years in the banking/finance industry. She serves as one of our Floor Supervisors at the Center. She has an extensive background in customer service, and her time spent in the Center has been dedicated to helping our agents succeed.
Noelle Suleiman, Customer Service Representative
Noelle has wonderful customer service skills and serves as our Receptionist. She likes to spend her free time with family and friends. She also loves the spring and summer seasons, being outdoors and spending time at her family’s lake house jet skiing and boating.
Judy Holyk, Customer Service Representative
Judy successfully managed a Farmers Insurance Agency in Broadview Heights from 1986 to 2000. Preceding that, she worked as a Personal Lines Team Manager for an independent insurance agency in downtown Cleveland, and now has 24 years of insurance experience. She serves as one of our Floor Supervisors, assisting agents to write policies. Judy has been a volunteer for a local nursing home for the last 10 years and has a real passion for helping senior citizens.
Jeannette Cuiksa, Customer Service Representative
Jeannette comes to us from the mortgage and real estate industry with more than three years of sales experience. As the Marketing Coordinator for our Center, she is responsible for organizing our frequent community outreach programs and events to support the agents. She also does training on the Farmers marketing systems for our new Reserve Agents. She loves traveling and enjoys reading, camping and outdoor sports in her free time. Jeannette is also a part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
Danielle Langemo, Customer Service Representative
Danielle started her career with Farmers Insurance as a marketing intern for the Cleveland Center during the summer of 2008. After graduation, Danielle came onboard full time as a Manager in Training and currently works in the Career Department, where she assists the Career Performance Manager with developing our career agents. She also coordinates the Center's largest charity event, the annual March of Dimes Golf Outing. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and many different outdoor activities.
Scott Gross, Customer Service Representative
Scott came to us through our summer marketing internship program. He was then hired on full-time as the Agency Development Assistant. He enjoys spending his free time with friends and family, and has a love of sports along with a passion for snowboarding.
Kayleen M. Pennington, Operations Specialist
Kayleen started her career with Farmers Insurance in November of 2009 and joins us as a motivated and hard-working individual. She primarily works with the Operations Manager, Eric Langenfeld, and Recruiters to assist incoming and new agents with tracking data entry and the application process. In her spare time, Kayleen enjoys volunteering and advocating for the Darfur, Sudan crisis and has been involved in many awareness and fundraising programs concerning the issue. She also loves to write and sing, as well as travel to Europe and Africa where she has worked in eight countries as a relief and aid volunteer. |
